This policy covers information collected through this website, by phone and by email by Ledger Roofing.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: name, company, property address, phone number, email address and any details you include about your roof. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so the request can be answered and tracked.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and perform an assessment, prepare a proposal, and maintain the project record for work we complete. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who sees it
Ledger Roofing staff working on your request. Where a project requires it, information may be shared with the manufacturer issuing a warranty, a supplier fulfilling materials, or a subcontractor performing part of the scope, limited to what that party needs.
Site photography
Photographs of completed work are used publicly only with the property owner's written permission. Documentation photos taken during an assessment or project are otherwise kept in the project record and provided to the owner.
Retention and removal
Project and warranty records are retained for the life of the warranty and as required for business records. To request a copy of your information, correct it, or ask that it be removed where we are not required to keep it, email us and we will confirm in writing.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Basic hosting logs and any analytics we add are used in aggregate to understand site performance, not to identify individual visitors.
