Using this website

This site is published by Ledger Roofing for property owners, managers and homeowners evaluating roofing work. You may read, print and share it. You may not scrape it, republish it as your own, or use our name, logo or written material to represent another contractor.

Website content is not a contract

Descriptions of services, response windows, programs and processes on this site describe how we work. They are not an offer, a bid, or a warranty. The terms of any specific project are set only in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties, and that document controls if it differs from anything published here.

Estimates and assessments

Assessment findings and budget figures reflect conditions observed on the date of inspection and the scope described. Concealed conditions, deck deterioration found after tear-off, code-required upgrades and material price changes can change scope and price. Any change is documented and approved in writing before the work proceeds.

Insurance claims

Ledger Roofing does not adjust, negotiate, or manage insurance claims on your behalf, and does not waive, absorb, rebate or discount any insurance deductible. We document roof condition and provide records you may choose to give to your carrier. You deal with your carrier directly.

Warranty

Workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms are stated in the project documents for each job. Warranty coverage begins when the contract is paid in full, and warranty terms vary by system and manufacturer. Nothing on this website extends, modifies or replaces those terms.

Submissions through this site

Information you send through the assessment form or by email is used to respond to your request. Do not send confidential, financial or sensitive personal information through the form. Handling of submitted information is described in our privacy policy.

Photography

Images on this site include representative renderings used to illustrate building types and roof systems alongside our own project material. Representative images are not presented as photographs of a specific completed Ledger Roofing project unless captioned as such.

Limitation

This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is current, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on website content rather than a written proposal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Project-specific agreements state their own governing law where the work is performed.
